Terms, pre-orders & refunds

Pre-orders

• Loop wearables (Necklace, Ring, Clip, Band) are pre-orders. You are charged at checkout and that holds your place in the first production run. The estimated ship window is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
• Full refund any time before your order ships. Reply to your confirmation email or write to admin@thebaileyperspective.com; refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
• If the ship estimate slips, we email you first and the refund offer stays open. If we cannot deliver at all, every pre-order is refunded in full.
• Product images are pre-production concept renderings. Final hardware may differ in colour, finish and small details; the function described on the page is what we commit to.

Tees

Tees are printed to order and ship in about two weeks. Unworn tees can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange; email us for the address. Wrong size or a print defect: we replace it at our cost.

Shipping

Free shipping on pre-orders to the US and Canada. Other countries may be added before shipping; if we can't ship to you, you'll be refunded. Taxes and duties outside the US are the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty

Loop wearables carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date. Normal wear, water damage beyond the stated rating, and physical damage are not covered. We repair or replace at our choice.

The app

• The ADHDwear app is free and provided as-is. It is a consumer reminder tool, not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat or manage ADHD or any condition, and it should not be relied on for safety-critical reminders (medication timing, child care, driving).
• Location-based reminders depend on your phone's GPS, battery settings, permissions and, on the web version, the browser; they can be late or missed. Please keep that in mind for anything that matters.
• The app is free forever, Peace mode included. There is no subscription and nothing to unlock. We make money on the wearables and the apparel, not the app.
• Loop can miss or mis-hear a request. It is a reminder aid, not a record: nothing is recorded, so nothing can be played back to settle who said what.
• Don't use the app to harass anyone. A partner can leave Peace mode at any time, which deletes the pair.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Promotion codes apply at checkout only.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product in question. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you where you live.
